Descripción del cargo




- Brindar soporte y administración de la plataforma ServiceNow.
- Ejecutar configuraciones y mejoras menores sobre la plataforma.
- Gestionar y resolver incidentes, solicitudes y requerimientos.
- Administrar usuarios, roles y accesos.
- Apoyar la administración y mantenimiento de la CMDB.
- Trabajar con módulos y procesos ITSM.
- Utilizar Flow Designer para la configuración y automatización de procesos.
- Participar en iniciativas relacionadas con ITOM y Observability.
- Trabajar junto a clientes, equipos de soporte y lÃaderes técnicos para garantizar la estabilidad y mejora continua de la plataforma.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las buenas prÃcticas de ServiceNow e ITIL.

Requirements
- Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en soporte de plataformas ServiceNow, idealmente en servicios AMS, Run o Managed Services.
- Experiencia comprobable en administración y configuración de ServiceNow.
