Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites into tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a scalable build pipeline.
This is a systems-first role across several client brands, demanding rigor, cross-brand consistency, and fluency in English with US business hours. You will ship robust components and document systems for developers and pipelines.
