Senior People Business Partner

Our client is a sustainable solutions consultancy, global company with operations across Latin America. Globe 24-7 has been selected to lead the search for its Senior People Business Partner, LATAM.

THE ROLE

This role is responsible for leading the People agenda across South America, supporting approximately 250 to 350 employees, based in Chile and Brazil, with further growth expected across the region. Based in Santiago and reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, Americas (based in Canada), this role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and works alongside a local People team of 3 to 5 HR professionals in Santiago.

This role requires broad People leadership experience, a strong background in employee relations and organizational effectiveness, and a proven ability to support business growth, organizational change, and acquisition integrations. Hands‑on experience with Brazilian employment practices (CLT, eSocial, terminations and labour relations) and deep knowledge of Chilean employment legislation are essential.



This is a hands‑on senior role within the Americas team: the successful candidate will not only advise but personally execute the work.
