Tu rol:

Alinear y coordinar transversalmente proyectos de eventos deportivos en LATAM, conectando a productores, periodistas y equipos involucrados para facilitar una ejecución organizada y oportuna. Con enfoque de gestión de proyectos, este especialista articula tiempos, responsables y logística, da seguimiento a los acuerdos y anticipa dependencias, respetando las responsabilidades técnicas y editoriales de cada área.

Responsabilidades:

- Alinear con los equipos de LATAM el alcance, las prioridades y los entregables de los proyectos de eventos deportivos, consolidando acuerdos y necesidades regionales.
- Planificar y mantener cronogramas, hitos y responsables acordados, considerando tiempos de preparación,



producción y salida al aire.
- Articular el trabajo entre productores, periodistas, dirección, diseño y equipos técnicos, facilitando el intercambio de información y la coordinación de entregables.
- Coordinar la logística y confirmar con las áreas involucradas los recursos, insumos y disponibilidad necesarios para cada evento.
- Dar seguimiento a riesgos, dependencias y desvíos de plazo; comunicar oportunamente los impactos y coordinar acciones de ajuste con los responsables.
- Consolidar informes de avance y cierre, registrar acuerdos y aprendizajes, y proponer mejoras para la coordinación de futuros eventos.

Requisitos:

- +6 años de eperiencia en gestión de proyectos
- Inglés Avanzado (Conversacional y escrito)
- Planificación y organización
- Coordinación transversal regional
- Comunicación y colaboración
- Gestión de riesgos y resolución de problemas
- Coordinación logística de producción deportiva
