Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Success Factors Consultant with more than 10 years of overall HR technology and SAP HCM/Success Factors experience to support and enhance global HR transformation initiatives within a leading international airline organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Success Factors modules, global HR processes, employee lifecycle management, integrations, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting large multinational organizations, preferably within aviation, transportation, or highly regulated industries, is highly desirable.

The consultant will collaborate with integral business stakeholders, HR leadership, IT teams, and third-party vendors to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP Success Factors solutions aligned with business objectives.

MandatoryExperience

- Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM / SAP Success Factors experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Success Factors implementation experience.
- Proven experience delivering global Success Factors projects.
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

SAP Success Factors Expertise

- Configure and support one or more Success Factors modules including:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Recruiting Management (RCM)
- Onboarding 2.0
- Performance & Goals
- Compensation
- Succession & Development
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Employee Central Payroll
- Workforce Analytics

Integration and Data Management

- Work with integration teams on Success Factors integrations with:
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP HCM, SAP CPI/BT, Payroll systems, Active Director, Identity Management solutions
- Support data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Third-party HR applications

Global HR Process Support

- Design and optimize processes covering, Hire-to-Retire. Talent Management, Performance Management,



Compensation Planning Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning

Project Delivery

- Participate in all project phases: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare Support, Lead UAT sessions and business demonstrations, Support change management and end-user adoption initiatives.

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources., Business Administration, Related field

Technical Skills. Strong Knowledge In The Following Modules

- SAP Success Factors Employee Central, SAP SSFF Recruiting, SAP SSFF Onboarding, SAP SSFF Performance & Goals, SAP SSFF Compensation, SAP SSFF Succession, SAP SSFF Learning
- SAP CPI Integration Suite, SAP BTP, SAP ERP HCM,
- Employee Central Payroll

Nice To Have

- Experience supporting American Airlines, Delta, United Airlines, LATAM, Avianca, or other large international airlines.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP AI Business Services.
- Experience with HR Shared Services transformation programs.
- Understanding of aviation industry compliance and workforce regulations.
- Airline Industry Experience (Highly Preferred)

Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management

- Interface with executive leadership, HR business partners, and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops with integral stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and program management teams.

Functional Leadership

- Lead end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementations and enhancement projects.
- Conduct business process workshops and gather detailed requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP Success Factors solutions.
- Provide functional design documentation and solution recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership teams.
