Supervisor/a de Calidad

Objetivo del cargo

- Planificar, ejecutar y verificar el cumplimiento del Plan de Calidad de Obra y de los procedimientos de aseguramiento y control de calidad, QA/QC, garantizando que los procesos constructivos y las actividades desarrolladas por proveedores y subcontratistas cumplan las especificaciones técnicas, planos, procedimientos aprobados y criterios de aceptación establecidos.

Experiencia requerida

- Aproximadamente tres años de experiencia comprobable como Supervisor/a de Calidad o en funciones equivalentes de QA/QC.
- Experiencia en obras de construcción, infraestructura u obras civiles de alta complejidad.




- Deseable experiencia en ensayos de autocontrol o laboratorio, como resistencia de hormigones, densidades y granulometrías.

Habilidades requeridas
- Liderazgo técnico: influir en Producción y subcontratistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
- Comunicación efectiva: redactar hallazgos y NCR, explicar causas y acordar acciones correctivas.
- Rigurosidad: revisar versiones, firmas, evidencias y trazabilidad documental.
- Trabajo en equipo: coordinarse con Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Producción, Oficina Técnica, ITO y mandante.
- Planificación y priorización: gestionar simultáneamente inspecciones, puntos de espera y cierres de NCR.
- Adaptabilidad: responder ante cambios en la secuencia constructiva, restricciones operacionales, turnos y contingencias propias de la obra.
- Orientación preventiva: anticipar riesgos y evitar desviaciones, incumplimientos y reprocesos.
