Oracle Chile is seeking a Data Center Technician to support Data Center Services Operations, including break/fix, hardware maintenance, and network configuration. You will monitor tasks in the ticketing system, mentor junior technicians, and escalate issues as needed to meet SLAs.
The role requires 0–2 years of experience, strong adherence to SOPs/MOPs, and fluency in English and Spanish. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
