By leveraging NIQ’s broad portfolio of solutions, the team partners closely with manufacturers and retailers to generate actionable insights, strengthen client relationships, and maximize the value delivered through our services.

The Consumer Panel Insights Coordinator (Market Intelligence) plays a critical strategic role as the Consumer Panel Services (CPS/HomeScan) subject matter expert for the Chilean market. This position is responsible for driving excellence in CPS-related initiatives, fostering the integration of CPS and RMS insights,



and supporting client retention and business growth through consultative engagement. Acting as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external clients, this role provides thought leadership, influences cross-functional decisions, and contributes to the continued development of NIQ’s Full View proposition across manufacturers, retailers, Customer Success, and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Consumer Panel Services (CPS/HomeScan) subject matter expert for the Chilean market, ensuring the highest level of expertise and best practices across the organization
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant to manufacturers and retailers, translating consumer and market data into actionable business recommendations
• Lead and support executive-level client engagements, delivering compelling narratives and insights that strengthen relationships and demons
