Job Summary:This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling inquiries, managing check-in and check-out processes, resolving issues and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for passengers onboard the cruise ship.Key Responsibilities:Guest Services:Greet guests, provide information about the ship and its amenities, and address their needs or concerns.Check-in/Check-out:Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, verifying information and assigning staterooms.Problem Resolution:Listen to and effectively resolve guest complaints or issues, acting as a liaison between the guest and other departments.Information Management:Maintain accurate guest records, handle billing inquiries, and manage various administrative tasks related to guest services.Communication:Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
