We are currently looking for our next: Country Sales Manager / Commercial Manager – Chile (Santiago, Chile) On-site / Hybrid The Role: As the Country Sales Manager for Chile, you will be the primary commercial leader and legal representative of Air France and KLM in the country. Reporting directly to the Regional Director CILA, you will define and execute the comprehensive commercial strategy, oversee local operations, inspire a high-performing team, and represent the Group across key institutional bodies.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead revenue generation and commercial operations across all segments: Corporate (B2B), Travel Trade (B2T), and Direct Channels.
• Ensure market revenue targets, cost efficiencies, and profitability for direct flights connecting Santiago and Europe.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a cross-functional local team adhering to global sales excellence standards.




• Act as the Legal Representative and Official Spokesperson for the airline in Chile before aviation authorities, national press, labor unions, and bilateral chambers.
• Collaborate seamlessly with regional headquarters (São Paulo) and general HQs (Paris & Amsterdam) to align commercial and strategic initiatives. What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of commercial management experience within the airline or global travel industry (prior experience with Air France-KLM or transatlantic carriers is strongly preferred).
• Proven Track Record: Solid experience in B2B contract negotiations, budget management, high-stakes decision-making, and labor relations.
• Languages: Advanced / Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English. French will be an advantage.
