Location:
Remote. No cap. Schedule: 40 hours a week on a fixed shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Mountain Time (Canada), including some Saturdays. Contract: Full-time independent contractor, paid monthly in Canadian dollars. In the winter, when fewer customers contact us, you create the conversations yourself: past customers, real estate agents, property managers and seniors' residences. This is a sales role, not customer service. We do local and long-distance moves and portable storage, with a crew of movers and drivers that grows every season. Our office runs on Slack, Google Workspace, SmartMoving and many AI tools, and we are building a remote team in South America. Take the customer's inventory on the call and book an in-home or video estimate with our sales team. Do outbound when inbound is slow: past customers, realtors (text works best), property managers and seniors' residences.
- Clear, confident,

friendly spoken English that North American customers understand easily.
- You want a customer service job. A quiet place to work, a noise-cancelling headset, 50 Mbps+ internet, and backup internet and power. This is your only job during your shift. Apply through this listing with your resume in English. We then send you the application form for this role (about 30-45 minutes, in English). It asks how you would handle real situations from the job and for a short video. Write your own answers: we compare them with your video and your interview.
- If you are moving forward, we contact you by WhatsApp or email within 3 business days.
- Video interview with our Sales Manager, including a short live task. -
