Your impact

- Make the employee journey smoother: Own onboarding, contracts, benefits, employee records, and offboarding.
- Keep the essentials running well: Coordinate payroll inputs, validate results, and work with providers to resolve discrepancies.
- Be a trusted advisor: Help employees and managers navigate workplace questions, employee relations, and Chilean labor requirements.
- Connect local needs with integral ideas: Bring People initiatives to life across recruitment, performance, learning, and engagement.
- Turn insights into action: Track HR metrics, spot opportunities, and improve how we work.
- Stay close to the business: Partner with Operations and Quality on staffing, documentation, training records, and audit readiness.

What you bring





- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with strong hands-on knowledge of HR practices in Chile.
- Fluent Spanish and English—both essential. Portuguese is a plus.
- Confidence working with Chilean labor legislation, payroll, statutory contributions, and employee relations.
- Experience collaborating with multinational teams.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort using HR systems and data; Power BI is a plus.
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Experience in logistics, life sciences, or another regulated environment? Even better.

- Based in our Santiago office, you’ll collaborate with local leaders and global People colleagues across time zones.
- This is a senior individual contributor position with no direct reports, offering broad ownership and plenty of opportunities to improve the employee experience.
