On behalf of Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Fresh Graduate. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will support recruitment activities across the organization, working closely with local business teams and regional HR stakeholders to attract and hire talent for a global technology company. This position is idóneo for a fresh graduate who is highly motivated to develop a long-term career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. The role will provide hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent management within an international and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for different positions across the organization.
• Source and identify potential candidates through online platforms, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interviewers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.




• Work closely with business teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment documentation, and applicant tracking system data.
• Support recruitment reporting, hiring metrics, and talent acquisition projects.
• Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on recruitment initiatives and talent-related activities.
• Use English in daily communication with internal stakeholders, candidates, and regional teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• English communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment, the telecommunications industry, or the technology sector is a plus, but not mandatory. Working
