Mission
Support financial control and commercial management for a large-scale data center construction project in Chile.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project cost reports
Administer e-Builder cost processes
Review and validate payment applications
Track EVM metrics and cost performance
Evaluate change orders and maintain change logs




Support forecasting and contingency management
Prepare management cost reports
Support project financial closeout
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Finance
Experience in industrial, infrastructure or data center projects
Experience with e-Builder or similar tools
Knowledge of EVM and lump-sum contracts
Professional English and Spanish
