Mission

Support financial control and commercial management for a large-scale data center construction project in Chile.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project cost reports
- Administer e-Builder cost processes
- Review and validate payment applications Track EVM metrics and cost performance




- Evaluate change orders and maintain change logs
- Support forecasting and contingency management
- Prepare management cost reports
- Support project financial closeout

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Finance
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure or data center projects
- Experience with e-Builder or similar tools
- Knowledge of EVM and lump-sum contracts
- Professional English and Spanish
