Sur Integral is seeking a Head of People for a fully remote, fast-growing coaching and consulting business. You will own the people function end to end, from hiring and onboarding through culture, leadership development, and performance management.
This role reports to the COO in a startup environment. This hands-on position requires 10+ years in HR, exceptional English, and experience with US-based companies including contractor management and international hires.
