Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel (Generalist) on behalf of a partner company. This role is designed for a senior legal professional who thrives in high-autonomy, high-impact environments.



The selected candidate will act as a strategic legal partner to the business, owning mandates end-to-end across corporate, commercial, and regulatory domains. The position offers a fully remote work model with international scope and direct exposure to executive leadership.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end legal support for international expansion initiatives, including entity structuring and market entry strategy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, technology, vendor, and partnership contracts).
