We're seeking to bring on a Strategic Design Leader able to operate where business strategy, customer experience, research, innovation, AI-enabled delivery, and digital transformation intersect. This position transforms unclear business challenges into well-defined opportunity spaces, coordinated decisions, and deliverables ready for executive consumption. This isn't a traditional UX, Product Design, or people-management role. It's a hands-on leadership position for someone equipped to shape pursuits, lead complex engagements, construct persuasive narratives, define prototype strategy, and mobilize multidisciplinary teams across a range of accounts

Responsibilities

- Direct discovery and problem framing across complex transformation, modernization, and innovation initiatives, structuring ambiguous business issues
- Combine customer needs, business goals, operational limitations, and technology feasibility into a single strategic framework
- Convert ambiguity into structured hypotheses, decisions, plans, and measurable results that keep momentum going
- Guide conversations with senior stakeholders and resolve competing viewpoints to reach alignment
- Develop experience visions, design principles, customer journeys, service ecosystems, and future-state concepts that guide transformation work
- Identify friction points, opportunity spaces, and intervention moments across channels, roles, and operational systems
- Convert strategic direction into practical experience architectures, roadmaps, and prototype briefs
- Ensure recommendations are both commercially viable and achievable in practice, not merely appealing conceptually
- Work alongside account and delivery leadership to shape strategic opportunities and propositions for clients
- Produce proposal narratives, approaches, workstreams, staffing models, estimates, and governance structures that support pursuits
- Develop distinctive points of view, demonstrations, and prototype stories that help clients decide with confidence
- Engage directly in pitches, workshops, executive reviews,



and the conversations that follow them
- Synthesize user research, market intelligence, competitive benchmarks, stakeholder interviews, and operational input into cohesive insight
- Separate validated evidence from assumptions and surface critical gaps requiring further attention
- Turn evidence into implications, recommendations, and decision-ready narratives rather than purely descriptive summaries
- Produce strategic decks, points of view, one-pagers, proposals, workshop materials, transformation narratives, and decision-making frameworks
- Structure complicated information so it's clear, credible, and actionable for executive-level audiences
- Sustain high standards of information hierarchy, visual storytelling, and editorial precision across every deliverable
- Apply AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Miro AI, and research agents to speed up research, synthesis, content development, and prototyping
- Create repeatable AI-assisted workflows while maintaining strong judgment, verification, and quality control standards
- Help teams integrate AI as a productivity multiplier without diminishing strategic depth or settling for generic output
- Deliver hands-on strategic direction to researchers, service designers, UX and product designers, content strategists, and solution teams
- Translate executive intent into clear briefs, working frameworks, and quality benchmarks that guide team execution
- Operate successfully through influence, including in situations lacking direct reporting authority

Requirements

- 10+ years of professional experience across experience strategy, service design, innovation, consulting,



product strategy, or digital transformation
- Proven track record owning complex client engagements end-to-end, from initial framing through recommendation and concept definition
- Direct experience working with senior client stakeholders and account leadership to shape results
- A robust portfolio demonstrating executive narratives, strategic deliverables, and transformation-related work
- Expert facilitation skills, generating productive alignment among stakeholders holding different perspectives
- Strong synthesis capability, transforming complex and diverse inputs into clear, decision-ready insight
- Excellent written communication skills, producing polished materials suitable for executive consumption
- Strong presentation skills, communicating complex strategic concepts with clarity and confidence
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams at once without sacrificing narrative coherence or delivery standards
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish, strongly preferred given this role's LATAM scope
