Location: Santiago, Chile (Remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, aligned with California business hours (Pacific Time, UTC-8/-7). Approximately 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Chile time, depending on daylight saving.

About the Role

A boutique law firm based in California is seeking a professional, highly articulate, English-fluent individual to join our team remotely from Santiago. This role combines marketing support with direct client relations, serving as a key point of contact for our U.S.-based clientele.

You will represent our firm with the professionalism, warmth, and precision that our clients expect from a California legal practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate directly with California-based clients by phone, email, and video conference in fluent, professional English
- Manage client intake, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management
- Support and execute marketing initiatives, including content coordination, social media, email campaigns, and outreach
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely, accurate client communications
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff in California to ensure a seamless client experience
- Contribute to the firm's brand presence and client acquisition efforts

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, International Relations,



or a related field (Master's degree strongly preferred, any discipline)
- Near-native or native-level English fluency, both written and spoken (please specify TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent if available)
- Professional demeanor and polished communication style suited to a U.S. professional environment
- Previous experience in client-facing or professional services roles
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home workspace, and a modern computer
- Ability and willingness to work California business hours

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience working with U.S. clients or companies
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Clio, Salesforce)
