We're in search of a Strategic Design Leader capable of working across business strategy, customer experience, research, innovation, AI-enabled delivery, and digital transformation. This role takes unclear business problems and turns them into defined opportunity areas, aligned decisions, and outputs ready for executive review. This is not a conventional UX, Product Design, or people-management function. It's a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone able to shape new business pursuits, steer intricate engagements, build compelling narratives, set prototype direction, and rally multidisciplinary teams across several accounts

Responsibilities

- Drive discovery and problem definition for intricate transformation, modernization, and innovation efforts, bringing clarity to unclear business situations
- Link customer needs, business goals, operational limitations, and technological feasibility into one unified strategic perspective
- Transform uncertainty into organized hypotheses, decisions, plans, and measurable results that keep initiatives moving forward
- Lead discussions with senior stakeholders and navigate conflicting viewpoints toward shared agreement
- Shape experience visions, guiding principles, customer journeys, service ecosystems, and future-state ideas that steer transformation work
- Spot friction points, opportunity areas, and intervention moments across channels, roles, and operational structures
- Convert strategic thinking into practical experience frameworks, roadmaps, and prototype briefs
- Confirm that recommendations are both financially sound and realistically achievable, not simply appealing in theory
- Work with account and delivery leaders to craft strategic opportunities and propositions for clients
- Build out proposal storylines, methodologies, workstreams, staffing plans, estimates, and governance structures to support new business efforts
- Produce distinctive viewpoints, demos, and prototype narratives that give clients confidence in their choices
- Participate directly in pitches, workshops,



executive sessions, and the discussions that follow them
- Pull together user research, market data, competitive analysis, stakeholder input, and operational information into cohesive understanding
- Separate verified evidence from assumption and flag important gaps requiring attention
- Turn evidence into implications, recommendations, and narratives ready for decision-making rather than simple description
- Produce strategic presentations, points of view, one-pagers, proposals, workshop content, transformation stories, and decision-making tools
- Organize complicated information so it's clear, trustworthy, and actionable for executive audiences
- Uphold high standards in information structure, visual storytelling, and editorial quality across deliverables
- Apply AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, Miro AI, and research agents to speed up research, synthesis, content creation, and prototyping
- Build repeatable AI-supported processes while exercising sound judgment, verification, and quality assurance
- Support teams in using AI to multiply delivery capacity without losing strategic depth or generating generic output
- Offer direct strategic guidance to researchers, service designers, UX and product designers, content strategists, and solution teams
- Turn executive vision into clear briefs, working frameworks, and quality benchmarks that direct team execution
- Lead effectively through influence, even in contexts lacking formal reporting authority

Requirements

- More than 10 years working in experience strategy, service design, innovation, consulting, product strategy,



or digital transformation
- Proven ownership of intricate client engagements, handling them fully from initial framing to recommendation and concept definition
- Hands-on experience partnering with senior client stakeholders and account leadership to influence outcomes
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating executive narratives, strategic deliverables, and transformation projects
- Advanced facilitation ability, driving productive alignment among stakeholders holding varied viewpoints
- Strong capacity for synthesis, converting complicated, diverse inputs into clear, decision-ready insight
- Outstanding written communication skills, able to produce refined, executive-level materials
- Solid presentation capability, communicating complex strategic ideas with confidence and clarity
- Skilled at juggling several high-priority workstreams at once without compromising narrative clarity or delivery standards
- Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish, strongly preferred due to the LATAM focus of this position
