At TinyBytes, we don’t just make games; we build high-octane social experiences. To stay ahead of the curve, we are looking for an AI Tools & Automation Lead to become our internal “Agentic Architect”.

Your mission isn’t to build the AI inside our games, but to re-engineer how we work. You will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and our Art, Dev, Marketing, and Ops teams, ensuring that every member of the squad has "superpowers" to automate the boring stuff and focus on what they do best: creating amazing games.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Orchestrate agentic ecosystems across the entire studio lifecycle from UA and LiveOps to Art and Finance.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the studio by implementing automation tools.
- Implement secure sandboxing to ensure our IP, API keys, codebase, and sensitive data never leak outside of the company.
- Engineer HITL systems to ensure that while our agents are autonomous, high-stakes decisions remain under human oversight.
- Ensure that our AI adoption is safe, cost-effective, and respects our data privacy standards.

REQUIREMENTS

- Mastery of AI-Native development workflows like Cursor, Claude Code, Perplexity Computer, Codex, Manus and/or GitHub Copilot to ship production-grade internal tools.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Python and Node.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Railway and/or Vercel; managing environments, secrets, and containerized workloads.
- Proven ability to set up automated CI/CD pipelines like using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Proven experience building agentic systems that use tools, handle memory, and self-correct.
- Knowledge of AI safety, private inference layers, or secure API vaulting.
- Expertise using APIs, handling JSON, and connecting different software services.
- Fluency in English: You’ll be reading technical docs and interacting with a global ecosystem daily.

- Has a portfolio of live automations, agentic, or autonomous scripts.




- Has experimented with or contributed to the Open/Nemo/Pico Claw ecosystem.
- Previous experience with Hermes Agent or similar structured-learning frameworks.
- Previous experience in an "Operations" or "Enablement" role in a fast-growing tech startup.
- Game Industry Passion: You understand the unique lifecycle of a game studio and are eager to apply AI to the specific challenges of game production and LiveOps.
