I-Call International is seeking qualified Spanish-English medical interpreters to join our team.

The interpreter will facilitate accurate and effective communication between Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation between Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers.
- Interpret medical terminology, diagnoses, treatments, and other healthcare information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional interpreting standards.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism during all interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Minimum 1 year of interpreting or translation experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.




- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Mandatory Technical Requirements:

- Internet speed: 15 Mbps download and upload
- Wired USB headset with boom microphone (e.g., Logitech H390 / Plantronics C3220) with minimal design
- PC: Core i7, 6th Gen or higher, minimum 8GB RAM
- LAN/Ethernet connection
- RTT Latency: ≤100 ms
- Jitter: <10 ms
- Packet Loss: 0%
- 1080p HD webcam
- Professional workspace with a solid grey background

Schedule: Hourly Shift Program

Pay Rate: $6 USD per hour

Work Arrangement: Remote
