Blacksmith Agency LLC in remote Latin America seeks a Design Systems Lead who owns how client design systems are built. You translate a brand and reference sites into a working system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute without questions.
This is a senior, systems-first role—no one-off pages or maintenance. You stand up new systems quickly and enforce rigor across multiple client brands.
