Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working token-based system, with a focus on precision and scalable components across multiple brands.
This is a senior, systems-first role. You’ll stand up new systems quickly and correctly, across several client brands, while collaborating with US hours and maintaining strong English communication.
