Hostaway, a leading LATAM team, is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist. You’ll guide new clients through onboarding, tailor trainings in Spanish and English, and create resources to set customers up for long-term success on our AI-powered vacation rental platform.
You will collaborate with sales and customer success, monitor onboarding metrics, and serve as the main contact during onboarding, ensuring issues are resolved promptly in a fully remote LATAM-friendly setup.
