Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will translate brands and reference sites into a tokenized, scalable system with tokens, variables, modes, and core components read by a build pipeline. Precision is essential.

This is a senior, systems-first role focused on fast, correct system establishment across multiple client brands, not one-off pages or maintenance.
