Role Description This is an on-site volunteer role based in Santiago. The Volunteer will support daily operations, which may include assisting staff with administrative tasks, helping organize and run events or activities, welcoming and guiding visitors, and providing general logistical support. Depending on organizational needs, the Volunteer may help with basic record-keeping, preparing materials, and maintaining clean and orderly shared spaces. Volunteers are expected to collaborate with team members, follow established procedures, and uphold the organization’s values while interacting respectfully with all participants and visitors.
Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously in person and, when needed, in writing.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail.
- Comfort working on-site and engaging with diverse groups of people in Santiago.
- Reliability in honoring scheduled volunteer commitments and following instructions.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tasks as needs arise.
- Prior volunteer or community service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Basic proficiency with office tools or technology is an advantage.
