Rockwell Automation in Chile seeks a Customer Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, driving adoption, retention and renewal. You will partner with customers and authorized distributors to maximize value and outcomes throughout the lifecycle.
You will collaborate with Sales, Care, Business Units and Channel Partners, monitor health indicators, and provide quotations and configurations. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
