Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help shape how AI systems understand and generate software. The role involves building, evaluating, and improving AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter and more reliable.
This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week and adaptable scheduling. You’ll review AI outputs, write clean code across languages, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.
