Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You’ll extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
You’ll ship system-wide token architectures and core component libraries, document them for developers, and work across several client brands with the same structural rigor. This is a senior, systems-first role.
