The Role

- To work under the supervision of registered therapy staff to assist patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Undertake baseline assessments within clearly defined parameters for the identified service.
- Implement, adapt and progress treatment programmes within agreed protocols and defined parameters.
- Use specialist technical and practical skills to deliver adaptable, patient centred programmes across a variety of clinical settings.
- Discharge or transition care within agreed protocols and defined parameters.

Duties may vary depending on the care group / department or assigned area of work.

In This Key Role, You Will

- Responsible for a delegated clinical caseload of patients whose treatment follows clearly defined parameters
- Assess, implement,



progress treatment and discharge in accordance with agreed protocols and parameters
- Plan and prioritise delegated patient caseload
- Plan and organise a range of therapeutic activities/clinics

What You'll Bring

- HNC in healthcare, education or social cares or SVQ III in healthcare, education or social care or equivalent experience in a health, education or social care environment.
- Short specialist courses relevant to specific clinical area.
- A driving licence is required; this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
