Blacksmith Agency, a US-based design partner, is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built.
You will extract brands into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute, ensuring precision across multiple client brands.
This is a senior, systems-first role with overlap with US business hours, adaptable remote work from Latin America, and a strong emphasis on architecture over one-off pages.
