Are you passionate about software quality and test automation? As a QA Engineer at ADvendio, operating from our Chile office, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuous high quality, stability, and reliability of our Salesforce-native advertising platform. You will have the chance to work testing new AI features and functionalities for our product.

Working closely with our Development and Product Management teams, you will act as a hybrid quality professional, leveraging modern no-code automation alongside exploratory manual testing to catch issues early and optimize the release lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

- Designing, creating, maintaining, and executing automated test flows for new and existing AI features.
- Performing manual and exploratory testing for new or complex functionality where automation is not yet feasible to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Thoroughly documenting test cases, logging and tracking defects in JIRA,



and verifying fixes.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional software developers and product managers to clearly communicate findings and reproduce bugs.
- Actively participating in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives) to advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Reviewing technical design documents and quality specifications to identify potential issues before implementation begins.
- Supporting product release cycles by executing regression testing suites and validating final builds.
- Staying current with QA trends, test automation technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement across our quality processes.

Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience in test automation and quality assurance.
- Experience testing AI features and functionalities.
- Demonstrated background in manual and exploratory testing, test documentation, and defect tracking tools (such as JIRA).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and recurring ceremonies.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Curiosity for learning and exploring new technologies; prior experience with or strong interest in the Salesforce platform is a significant plus.
- Experience or familiarity with the media, advertising, or SaaS industries is a plus.
