Evaluator - EVALUATION OF THE ECLAC DISABILITY INCLUSION STRATEGY (CEPALDIS) 2021-2026 at UN
Grade: CO-N. Location: Santiago, Chile. Application deadline: 3 November 2026. The consultant will be reporting to and be managed by the Programme Planning and Evaluation Unit (PPEU) of the Programme Planning and Operations Division (PPOD) of ECLAC. The consultant will use the following data collection methods to assess the impact of the implementation of the ECLAC Disability Inclusion Strategy.
- Perform desk review and secondary data collection analysis of: the ECLAC Disability Inclusion Strategy, annual reports on the implementation of the United Nations Disability Inclusion Strategy (UNDIS), the ECLAC programme of work and related reporting, select project documents, workshop and meeting reports, evaluation surveys and other project documentation such as country or regional reports as deemed necessary.
