Job Description

- Lead the overall commercial, financial, and operational performance of the business.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and cash flow objectives.
- Drive key customer development, strategic negotiations, and major commercial initiatives.
- Expand business opportunities across local and international markets.
- Oversee international operations and support business performance across multiple locations.
- Build and develop a strong leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and execution. Ensure sound governance, risk management, and timely reporting to senior stakeholders.





The Successful Applicant

- Proven senior leadership experience within mining, industrial products, manufacturing, engineering, or related B2B sectors.
- Strong track record of managing P&L; responsibility and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Experience developing international markets and leading multi-country operations.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in business development, strategic negotiations, and customer management.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluent Spanish and professional-level English.
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
