R2 is hiring a Staff Software Engineer (IC4) to set technical direction across our core platform. You will own product and solution architecture across multiple services, design scalable APIs (REST/gRPC), and raise the engineering bar with strong focus on reliability, observability, and security.

You will work hands-on with Go and modern tooling, mentor engineers, and push for trunk-based development and safe delivery.
