Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Control Specialist – Fresh Graduate located in Santiago, Chile. The position will support the Project Control Management (PCM) team in monitoring operational processes, analyzing data, and ensuring quality standards across telecommunications network activities.

This role is adecuado for a recent graduate in Industrial Engineering who is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop a career in project control and operational excellence within a global technology company.

Responsibilities:

- Support the monitoring and continuous improvement of Change & Warranty Management processes.
- Review and monitor the quality and compliance of technical change management procedures.
- Analyze daily operational data and evaluate the quality of Method of Procedure (MOP) processes within the Network Control Center (NCC).
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.




- Support the implementation of quality assurance initiatives and operational standards.
- Promote digital security awareness and compliance with security procedures across relevant teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Graduated in 2025 or 2026.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in project control, data analysis, process improvement, and the telecommunications or technology industry.

Working Location: Rosario Norte 532, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.

Work Modality: On-site.
