What We’re Ideally Looking For:

- Proven background in customer service and client relationship management (handling calls, emails, and meetings)
- Clear, professional communication style with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project and time management abilities with a KPI-driven approach to response times and client satisfaction




- Proven ability to apply advanced problem-solving and analytical research to diagnose issues

Bonus:

- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console setup and monitoring
- Hands-on experience with WordPress site management, page builds, plugin updates, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with DNS configuration and domain management (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.)
