Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge clients, product teams and engineers. You will run discovery sessions, map processes, write user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensure what we ship solves real business problems.
You’ll collaborate on a mix of client builds and internal products, help scope and estimate new projects, and translate between business and technical audiences while maintaining clean documentation in Google Drive. English fluency required.
