Head of Architecture
to lead the department.
Qualifications & Requirements
Advanced proficiency in
Revit
, with at least
5+ years of professional experience
(Autodesk certification is a plus).
Proven track record of
leading and managing teams of architects
.
Fluent English
(written and spoken) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability and
motivation to continuously learn and develop new skills
.




Strong
attention to detail
and commitment to high-quality work.
Excellent
organizational and time management skills
, with the flexibility to collaborate across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Autodesk Certified Professional or Expert
in Revit/BIM.
Experience working on
residential projects
, particularly with
wood framing
.
Familiarity with
U.S. construction standards and codes
.
Knowledge of
Passive House
principles.
Understanding of
Lean Construction methodologies
.
Experience working with
Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs)
.
