Key Responsibilities

- Improve and Check Processes performance on SQL Server (Execution Plan, Indexes)
- Develop and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.
- Provide support for market risk applications, including monitoring, incident resolution, and problem management.
- Manage data pipelines and scheduled jobs.
- Handle business-critical incidents, including stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews.
- Document operational procedures, workflows, and technical solutions.

- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote global team

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL Development, Application Support or Production Support environments, preferably within financial services.
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational/dimensional databases and data warehouses.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and development of store procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft SSIS Packages.
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT and DWH concepts.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Tidal.
- Experience documenting operational design flows and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to tools like GIT, ServiceNow, Jira,



and Confluence is a plus.
