ecoligo is seeking a People Operations Manager to manage general HR operations from Chile and support offices worldwide. You will oversee employee data, contracts, policies, and benefits while coordinating payroll with providers in several countries and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding for remote staff.
The role requires 3+ years in HR operations, strong knowledge of Chilean employment law, and excellent English; German/German-speaking knowledge is a plus given our HQ in Europe.
