✍ Short Description: We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to build and execute a paid acquisition strategy for an early-stage SaaS company.
This role focuses on acquiring customers through Meta Ads, establishing reliable conversion tracking,



and optimizing the full customer journey from the first ad impression to signup, activation, and paid subscription.
You will use campaign performance and funnel data to identify growth opportunities, test creative concepts, and improve conversion rates.
The goal is to establish a measurable, repeatable acquisition process and develop a data-driven strategy for scaling customer growth.
