Blacksmith Agency, a US-focused design studio, seeks a Senior Web Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands into token-based systems, enabling a repeatable pipeline process with precision across multiple brands.
This senior, systems-first role emphasizes building robust token architectures, core libraries, and thorough documentation, all while collaborating with diverse client teams remotely from Latin America.
