Murex is seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted advisor for our SaaS clients. You will ensure value delivery through planning, technical guidance, and operational excellence across CETs and CS teams worldwide.
You'll build strong relationships, align technical services with CET objectives, and drive improvements while coordinating with SaaS Ops, SaaS DevOps, and hosting providers to resolve issues and roadmap features.
