Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Design Systems Designer who owns how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a token-driven system that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
This senior, systems-first role emphasizes building across multiple client brands, crafting token architectures in Figma, and delivering reusable component libraries with rigorous documentation. Strong English and US-hours overlap are required.
