- Plan, implement, and oversee all regional sales activities and team performance
- Develop and execute commercial action plans to achieve regional sales objectives
- Review sales reports, manage bidding processes, and control regional contracts
- Identify new business opportunities and assess market conditions
- Collaborate with marketing and product specialists to create campaigns for private and distributor channels

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in commercial roles focused on medical devices, preferably cardiology and arrhythmia
- Minimum 5 years leading sales or commercial teams
- Minimum 10 years in healthcare industry
- Advanced English proficiency
- Availability to travel 50% of the time
