Stryker seeks an orthopaedic sales representative for the South Region of Chile to manage commercial development across Los Ángeles, Concepción, Temuco, and Angol. The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting the company's surgical solutions portfolio to hospitals and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

- Manage South Region sales territory and achieve commercial targets
- Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, hospital administrators, and opinion leaders to drive demand
- Lead consultative negotiations for high-value surgical equipment and solutions in public and private hospitals
- Execute territory commercial strategy to increase market share and expand business
- Conduct product demonstrations,



provide technical-commercial support, and train customers during sales process

Requirements

- University degree in Commercial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of medical device and equipment sales experience
- Minimum 2 years working in operating room environments
- Minimum 2 years negotiating high-value medical equipment or technologies for hospitals
- Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time
- Orthopaedic product or technology experience preferred
- English language skills preferred
