About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant to join our team as soon as possible. The adecuado candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in SAP Data Migration, end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, international environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Support data migration activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from data preparation and cleansing through validation and successful load cycles.
• Partner with local SMEs to define data cleansing requirements, conversion rules, data mappings, and validation criteria.
• Support Local IT and legacy-system teams during deployment waves and migration cycles.
• Provide clarification and guidance regarding SAP S/4HANA data objects to enable migration from multiple legacy ERP systems.
• Support and troubleshoot data-related issues during migration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate closely with offshore and global project teams, ensuring alignment across different functions and geographies.
• Contribute to data quality, migration readiness, reconciliation, and successful business validation. Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, ideally focused on Data Migration or Data Conversion.




• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or rollout projects.
• Proven participation in at least 3 complete end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration activities, including:
• Data cleansing
• Data mapping and conversion rules
• Data validation and reconciliation
• Migration/load cycles
• Legacy-system coordination
• Cutover and deployment support
• Experience migrating data from multiple legacy ERP systems into SAP S/4HANA.
• Previous experience supporting SAP projects in LATAM is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to work with business SMEs, IT teams, and global delivery teams.
• Fluent English is mandatory, as the role requires regular coordination with international and offshore teams.
• SAP certifications are considered a plus.
