Responsibilities

- Process and review supplier invoices, ensuring accurate and timely registration.
- Support the processing and follow-up of employee expense reports.
- Monitor payments and help ensure obligations are completed within established payment terms.
- Perform account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding or pending items.
- Review invoices and purchase orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
- Support the reconciliation and recording of corporate credit card transactions.
- Maintain communication with suppliers regarding payment inquiries, invoice status, and account reconciliations.
- Partner with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, People, Logistics, and other business areas to resolve Accounts Payable-related requests.
- Prepare reports related to invoices, payments, approvals, purchase orders, and account status.
- Support intercompany invoice processes and other accounting activities when required.
- Contribute to month-end activities by maintaining accurate and timely financial records.




- Identify issues related to invoices or payments and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.

Qualifications

- Technical degree, ongoing university studies, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related area.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with SAP is a plus, but not required.
- Basic to intermediate English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service mindset and ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on pending items.
